Payment Options

IN PERSON & ONLINE PAYMENTS
Payments can be accepted at both the Walters and Duncan offices as well as cash payments at the Medicine Park branch of Liberty National Bank located on Hwy 49.  Payments made by check or credit card may be made online here.

BANK DRAFT PAYMENT
Cotton Electric Cooperative offers one way that is sure to take the hassle out of writing a check for the monthly electric bill. Payment for electric service can be automatically drafted directly from a member's checking account upon request.

All Cotton Electric members are eligible to have their payments set up on draft. The first step is to call or come by the office and request an application form. Once this form is returned back to the cooperative, along with a voided check or deposit slip, the account will be set up in this manner. You can also download a printable application form here.

MONEYGRAM

A new payment method offered by Cotton Electric, Moneygram transactions are handled at Walmart and CVS stores anywhere in the United States. There is a fee for this transaction. To make a payment using this method, you will need your account number and our biller code: 7933. At CVS stores, there is a kiosk that accepts cash payments during regular store hours, which in most locations is 24 hours. At Walmart stores, Moneygram payments can be made in cash or with a PIN debit card. Instead of a kiosk, these transactions are made by filling out a blue form at the Walmart Money Center or Customer Service during the hours those departments are open. AVERAGE MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN
Do you need help budgeting for your electric bills? If so, consider enrolling in our Average Monthly Payment (AMP) plan. The AMP plan helps smooth out your electric bills over a 12-month period which makes planning and paying easier.
