Annual Meeting 2026
We hope you will join us for this year's Annual Meeting on Thursday, Sept. 24th!

Registration will be from 2 pm to 6 pm, and the business meeting will be livestreamed at 7 pm.
Members can drive through to register either at the Stephens County Fairground or the Comanche County Fairgrounds. After registering, members will receive a $20 energy voucher, limited edition hat, a bucket and be entered for a chance to win a prize!
Note: Members must be present to register.
Our grand prize this year will be a $1,000 dollar energy voucher!
We will also be donating $1,000 to the local volunteer fire department serving our grand prize winner’s membership account!
Other prizes available will be:
- 4 - $500 energy vouchers
- 4 - $250 energy vouchers
- 10 - $100 gift cards
