To enroll in MyChoice prepaid billing, I agree to the following:
1. I am responsible for updating contact information.
2. I am not eligible for payment arrangements.
3. Energy assistance pledges will not keep service from being disconnected. Energy assistance monies will be applied to my account balance only when funds are received.
4. Should I wish to discontinue Cotton Electric Prepaid program and be placed on regular monthly billing, I understand that I may be required to pay a deposit on the account.
5. I confirm that no occupant has a condition considered life threatening without electric service. If any occupant meets these criteria in the future, I am responsible for notifying Cotton Electric and will be removed from the Prepaid program.
6. Certain service types may not qualify to connect under MyChoice PrePaid
7. Electric service will be subject to immediate disconnection if at any time the Prepaid account does not have a credit balance. To reconnect the account, I must pay the negative balance PLUS A $20 CREDIT.
8. Cotton Electric Cooperative reserves the right to refuse the availability of MyChoice PrePaid to any member.
